Tamil audience have to wait some more time to see the hourglass beauty Ileana as her re-entry in Tamil got postponed again.After numerous efforts made from time to time by Kollywood’s producers and directors to bring Ileana to Kollywood haven’t been meeting with success. Every time, something or the other happens which results in the postponement of Ileana’s re-entry into Tamil films.
The latest instance was when she was to star as Vikram’s heroine in ‘Vedi’, a film to be directed by Boopathy Pandian. Unfortunately, reports emanating from Kollywood suggest that the film could well have been ‘dropped’ by its producers because of the misunderstanding between Vikram and director.
Ileana, however, has assured the producer that she would act in the film irrespective of whoever is cast as hero. Unconfirmed reports now suggest that she would play Kareena Kapoor’s role in the Tamil remake of Bollywood film ‘3 Idiots’, which could be directed by Shankar. Trisha is the other heroine in consideration for this bi-lingual made in Telugu and Tamil.
