Malayalam actor Vijay Kumar arrested for cheating two persons of promising Visa and take about 7.50 lakhs from them. Kalamaserry Police arrested actor Vijay Kumar on May 16 and remanded in custody after presenting him in the court and after that actor hospitalized for his ill health.
